During Dr. Sadegh's visit to Sistan and Baluchestan province, 633 low-income housing units and 281 kilometers of main roads and highways were put into operation in this province.

In the early 1990s, the average road paving in Sistan and Baluchestan province was five kilometers, and this figure reached about 40 kilometers by the end of that decade. Now, according to the announcement of His Excellency the Governor (Mr. Dr. Bijar), this figure has reached 180 km.

The mentioned figure shows that today in Sistan and Baluchestan province we have a large construction workshop that tries to turn the existing deficiencies in this province into opportunities that can serve the whole country.
