The "Tuesdays without cars" campaign was created in recent years with the aim of encouraging citizens to reduce the use of cars and promote clean transportation methods, a campaign that was supposed to invite the citizens to a different experience of traveling one day of the week, but the question is whether it is possible to change the established behaviors of the citizens through a campaign.
