🔹 The Secretary of the Human Rights Commission at the Central Bar Association, emphasized that the safety of civil aviation in Yemen must be protected from political and military conflicts, said: Any restrictions or measures affecting Yemeni flights, access to aviation services and the possibility of transporting citizens, must be examined from the perspective of the rules of international aviation rights and the rules of human rights.

🔹 It is not possible to analyze the issue of air exchange sanctions and people's access to communication and movement only within the framework of conflicts between governments, because the basic rights of people must be taken into account regardless of citizenship and the political system of the countries. The United Nations, the Security Council and the Human Rights Council are the bodies with the authority, competence and custom of international law in areas related to litigation, condemnation and monitoring of the behavior of governments with citizens, and the custom of international law must be based on the ethics of international law.
