Serious follow-up to lift flight restrictions through international authorities/Iran's complaint to ICAO

Referring to this organization's ongoing efforts to revive flight routes, the head of the Civil Aviation Organization announced a consultation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and sending an official complaint to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in response to the restrictions imposed on Iran's aviation industry.
