Russian official: The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe is ineffective in resolving conflicts

Vladislav Meselnikov, director of the European Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, in a statement referring to the apparent ineffectiveness of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in resolving conflicts, emphasized that, despite this, Moscow is interested in this organization as a platform for exchanging views on regional issues and pays attention to it.
