The head of the organization for cinema and audio affairs in the country announced that following the signing of the memorandum of understanding on joint film production between Iran and Russia by the ministers of culture of the two countries, a joint committee will be established to outline future collaborations in the field of the image industry, education and research and to design joint investment rules.
