The problem is that the ruler and the car manufacturer became one and the government did not understand its duty.

🔹 A public company can also be run with common shares, of course, regularly and successfully.

🔹 Governments think they can intervene as much as possible with minimal shares, and the root of the intervention is political.

In the automotive industry we need investment, and mandatory pricing is anti-investment.

🔹 The liquidity should be directed to the capital market and car stocks, not to a broker of manufactured cars.
