The increase in life expectancy and the growth of the elderly population puts the concept of old age in the focus of policy makers and social planners more than before, old age is no longer considered a stage of life associated with retirement, reduced activity and dependence, but with new approaches, the elderly can still play an active and effective role in the family and society.

Currently, about 13% of the country's population consists of elderly people, but according to demographic trends, this share will reach about 33% in 1430, which will make "active and happy aging" from an individual type to a social and economic need.
