Reports have been sent to PGSA that some charterers are forcing ships to travel on illegal routes. In addition to creating the possibility of financial and life damages to the vessel, owner, captain and crew, the future passage of this vessel through the Strait of Hormuz is also severely restricted.

🔹 It is necessary for ship owners to beware of such illegal actions by some lessors. Also, if found guilty, these companies will be added to the non-compliance list (NCL) and the passage of all their vessels in the Strait of Hormuz will be restricted.
