In a letter to the UN Secretary General and the Security Council, Ghulam Hossein Darzi, Ambassador and Minister of Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the UN, considered the hostile statements of the NATO Secretary General to be contrary to international law and the UN Charter.
