The first practice of the Iranian football team was held in Kazan

The Iranian soccer team, which arrived today at noon in the city of Kazan in Russia, after playing a preparatory match against Uzbekistan, held its first training session at the Kazan Academy field from 19:00 local time.

Before the start of training, Amir Jalanoy talked with the players for several minutes and reviewed the technical points related to the match against Uzbekistan.

Immediately after entering the training ground, the team members were divided into two groups, yellow and white, and began their work by performing stretching and stretching exercises on special mats.

Later, the players performed speed and endurance exercises as a group and then they were divided into three groups so that another part of the exercise focused on keeping the ball and playing singles.
