Iraq: Victoria base emptied of American soldiers

🔹 The Director of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Iraq announced that the headquarters of the international coalition in this country will be closed on September 30 (the eighth of the siege), and announced that the Victoria base has been emptied from the presence of American forces.
