"Power for peace" versus "peace through power"

The president's speech at the UN General Assembly was an unexpected achievement. The precise and innovative president presented a new formulation of Iran's foreign policy doctrine. "Power for peace" and not "peace through power" was created by combining two seemingly opposite keywords, but in fact, with the help of an artist, it becomes a weighty and theoretical one.
