In a rare move, Trump canceled the budget approved by Congress

The Hill's website states: US President Donald Trump, citing a controversial procedure and in a rare move, has announced that he has eliminated nearly a billion dollars from the federal budget.

The bulk of the cancellation of this budget includes health and human services programs intended for undocumented immigrants and unaccompanied children in courts and similar programs for the education and health of immigrant students.
