In the report, the newspaper "Hindustan Times" discussed Benjamin Netanyahu's trip to New York and raised the question why the member states of the Rome Convention did not arrest him according to the verdict of the International Criminal Court?

Netanyahu spent less than eight hours in New York on Thursday. Passing through the airspace of three countries bound by the treaty to detain him, he went there and gave a speech at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
