From loan payment to trade facilitation; The government's solution to maintaining employment in the post-war period

Maintaining employment and preventing the adjustment of the workforce in war conditions, through the payment of concessions to affected factories, concessions in matters of customs and taxation and the continuation of the activity of production and service units, are considered to be the most important economic approaches of the government in the months after the recently imposed war.

Although the payment of the concessions alone does not guarantee the continuity of the activity of all the enterprises, but the provision of working capital, the facilitation of trade and the reduction of tax pressures can give the economic units more opportunity to pass the period of disruption and maintain their personnel.
