🔹 Seyed Abbas Irakchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, following his bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the 80th Annual Assembly of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, met and said with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Maxim Ryzhenkov.

In this meeting, the latest state of bilateral relations between Iran and Belarus, ways to expand economic and commercial cooperation and the latest regional and international developments were discussed.

Referring to the privileged and developing relations between the two countries, the Foreign Minister emphasized the desire of the Islamic Republic of Iran to fully implement the past agreements and to deepen cooperation in bilateral and multilateral fields.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, expressed his satisfaction with this meeting, emphasized Minsk's serious determination to strengthen friendly and strategic relations with Tehran and considered the protection of the United Nations Charter and the national sovereignty of countries as the basic principle in international interactions.
