🎥 The effects of sanctions are much more humane than war/ a national system should be established to register complaints about sanctions

A very wrong statement is written in most writings or speeches and they say that "sanctions are a substitute for war because its effects are less". I believe that the effects of sanctions are much more humane than war. During the recent aggression, 3000 to 4000 people were killed. I believe that at that time, the number of people who were affected by sanctions and perhaps created human works for them is greater than this number.

🔹 All the sanctions that the United States unilaterally imposed after 2018. This should be handled by the court at the end of this year or at the beginning of 2027. At the same time, a temporary order was issued by the International Court of Justice, ordering the American sanctions not to affect Iran's humanitarian goods and humanitarian trade. Unfortunately, this policy is the complete opposite of that.

Therefore, one of the tools that we probably have at our disposal and those involved are thinking about it now, is to turn to the International Court of Justice again to fulfill these obligations.
