🔸 Details of the review of the bill called 'Mahari' in the Supervisory Council

🔹 The spokesperson of the Supervisory Council, in his latest public report, explained the supervisory and legal shortcomings of the proposal 'Amendment to Sections of the Law on the Method of Executing Monetary Sanctions and the Civil Code'.

🔹 He noted that during the review of the bill, several meetings were held in which its supporters and opponents participated together with members of the Supervisory Council and experts from the Supervisory Council's research institute, and their opinions and arguments were heard; he emphasized that the supervisory aspects of the bill were also examined in the supervisory advisory committee meetings of the Supervisory Council. Finally, the institute's experts examined the content of the bill and its legal and implementation aspects, and the results of the review were delivered to the members of the Supervisory Council for use in the process of aligning the bill with Sharia sources and the constitution.
