The Transportation and Traffic Organization of Tehran Municipality announced:

The capacity of 20 days of free traffic in the "Air Pollution Control" area will be suspended from 1 October to 30 October 1405

🔹 Based on this, car traffic in this area will be required to pay a fee and citizens must register and make reservations in the Shahrzad system before entry to avoid fines.

🔹 The use of the remaining free traffic capacity will resume from the first of November 1405

The Transportation and Traffic Organization of Tehran announced that the purpose of this decision is to manage travel demand, reduce traffic congestion, and control the traffic of single-occupancy vehicles.
