Before the city is a collection of streets, buildings and asphalt, it is an unwritten social contract. This contract tells us that the pedestrian street is a place of movement, a park is a place of rest and recreation, and public roads are shared spaces for maintaining social order.

When I look at the streets of Qazvin, I no longer see the familiar city I used to know. For me, the city is not a collection of streets and buildings; It's a social contract where the sidewalk is a place of passage, the park is a place of comfort and the city square is the center of public order, but it's as if this contract is torn before my eyes.
