🔸Iraqi: Power reaches a stable result when it is established through diplomacy

🔹 The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran writes in the new introduction to the sixth edition of the book Power Negotiations: "Diplomacy and power are not opposed to each other, but in the same direction and in step with each other. Diplomacy is effective when it is based on power, and power achieves stable results when it is based on one against the other, or against both. Neither diplomacy nor power knows."
