The "New York Times" wrote in a report: America's position as the pillar of economic stability in the world has begun to falter, and while the administration of Donald Trump increases the amount of the country's national debt and insists on the sanctions policy, Washington's position in the global economy seems more precarious than ever.

According to this newspaper, the US used the special position of the dollar and turned it into a tool in foreign policy, and among other things we can mention the imposition of severe sanctions against rivals such as Iran and Russia. As America increases the use of sanctions to resolve global conflicts, the continued status of the dollar as the world's reserve currency is increasingly in doubt.
