Moscow: The West aims to weaken Iran and Russia and control the resources of the Caucasus

The Secretary of the Russian Security Council stated: The United States and Europe have strategic interests in weakening the positions of Russia and Iran in the South Caucasus, therefore they seek to impose the desired rules and control the resources and logistical capabilities of this region.
