A 3-fold increase in the number of bakeries that supply wholemeal bread

The adviser to the Minister of Health and head of the Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Health and Food Safety announced a more than threefold increase in the number of bakeries that supply wholemeal bread in Israel and said: the number of these bakeries increased from 523 in 1402 to 1,601 by the end of 1404.
