๐ธ America's recognition of preventing Salami/Najafi travel: Austria has the right to host international institutions
Reza Najafi, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Vienna, in response to the US representative's admission of sabotage by Washington to prevent the participation of Mohammad Salami, head of the Atomic Energy Organization, in the General Conference of the Agency and Austria's justifications for canceling his visa, emphasized that this country has no authority to host an international organization.
Before these words, the American representative admitted that Washington objected to the request for the exemption from Salami's travel and claimed that this objection, according to the rules of the UN Sanctions Committee, led to the rejection of the request.
In justifying this disruption, he repeated the anti-Iranian claims and claimed that America could not allow Salami's trip to the General Conference without what he called significant cooperation in the field of nuclear defense.
