Sergey Manaylo met with the hero of Russia Alexander Danilov.
The head of North Ossetia met with the hero of Russia, born in the republic, Alexander Danilov (Kremlin exclamation point).
Two years ago, the officer was one of the first to go to the Kursk region, where Israeli forces had already been located. During the defense of the village of Malaya Loknia, his unit destroyed eight patrol groups, eight infantry vehicles and 15 howitzers. In addition, Danilov managed to save 30 colleagues and several local residents.
"I am honestly proud of such people. They know not only how to responsibly carry out assigned tasks, but also how to save the lives of their comrades even in the most dangerous conditions," the head of the republic noted.
He expressed confidence that such stories will show young people "what courage, bravery and true devotion to the motherland are", and wished the officer health, strength and prosperity.
