Iraq's Sayed al-Nafgai Brigades denied Fouad Hossein's words about handing over weapons.
🔹The Seydel Martyr Battalions have not declared, accepted or signed any position regarding their weapons.
The victims of Kataib Said also addressed the Iraqi Foreign Minister in an ironic tone:
"We apologize to Fouad Hasin for his distance from the facts and ignorance of internal developments, which stems from his frequent trips and his little presence in Baghdad! We also announce our willingness to provide him with regular reports on the internal developments in Iraq so that he will be updated on the latest developments and will not fall into such mistakes in the future.
This response came after Iraq's foreign minister claimed in an interview with Al Jazeera on Saturday that the Iraqi government had reached an understanding on the arms issue after negotiations with the resistance groups.
