The trial of the war crimes case that was imposed for 12 days has begun.

Based on Article 34 of the Constitution and the relevant laws in the country, the court considers itself obliged to handle the claims of the families of the victims and the discharged soldiers and to demand material, moral and punitive damages caused by the actions of the attackers.
🔹 This case was filed by about 60 people from the families of most of the victims and some veterans on behalf of 16 defendants, including the American government and Israeli leaders.
🔹 According to Section 1 of the Jurisdiction Law of the Courts of the Republic of Salami Iran to handle civil claims against foreign governments, if a country violates the judicial immunity of the Republic of Salami Iran and its officials and officials through its internal courts, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs determines the possibility of handling claims that violate the immunity against that government. 🔹 Considering the actions of the American government in the field of torture, intimidation and physical and mental abuse of Iranian citizens, as well as liquidation operations, the judicial authority is obliged to accept lawsuits, hear and legally handle these lawsuits.
