๐น From 1.6.1405 to 1.6.1407, anyone who has a claim to a property with a one-page deed in another name, must upload it to the system.
๐น Buyers with a regular promissory note must first register the claim in the system and then they can raise a claim such as the requirement to draw up an official document.
๐น Registering a false claim documented in regular documents will result in a fine of 20% of the property's daily value, and in the case of committing other crimes, a penalty for those offenses.
