Additional/ Iraqi: Acceptance of the new sea route in the Strait of Hormuz is one of our conditions.
🔹 Iran's foreign minister continued his interview with Al Jazeera and explained Iran's conditions. He said: The lifting of the sanctions imposed after the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding, the reduction of the number of American forces in the region, the re-registration of oil exemptions and the release of all blocked assets of Iran, including those in Qatar, are among these conditions.
🔹Iraqi also emphasized that Tehran wants to recognize the new sea route it established in cooperation with Oman in the Strait of Hormuz.
He added that based on this condition, other sea lanes in this strait should be closed.
