Implementation of the final judgments of the case of a multi-complainant vehicle "Ezin Khodro Aramis" with 2168 lost items.

In the "Ezin Khodro Armis" case, which was one of the most famous car scams in the Alborz district in recent years, 33 defendants in the case defrauded 2,168 people.
🔹 In this case, the board members of the company "Azin Aramis Car" collected funds from people by promising to supply cars at the factory price.
After receiving complaints to the judicial authorities of the district, all the offices and agencies of this seal company and all the accused were immediately identified and arrested.
Also, in order to protect the plaintiffs' rights, a number of properties, villas, apartments and expensive cars purchased with the property of the losers were confiscated.
This case was investigated with dozens of defendants and 33 people were sentenced to imprisonment and confiscation of property according to the final judgments of the first branch of the Criminal Court of Alborz District. 🔹 The property stolen on the claim of early sale of the car out of 2168 lost amounts to more than 1143 billion tomans and 33 convicts in the case were sentenced to a total of 243 years in prison, a fine and the payment of the cars promised to the plaintiffs, equal to the daily price of the agreed vehicle.
