š¹ The prosecutor of the Hormozgan District announced the issuing of indictments to 18 government agencies and the private sector accused in the Bandar incident that killed Rajai Bandar Abbas and announced: based on the experts' theory, the degree of negligence of each of these agencies was also determined.
š¹ According to the decision of the Third Investigation Division of the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Bandar Abbas, a summons was issued to the defendants in the case of the explosion incident at the Rajai Bandar Abbas dock, and later the case was sent to the competent court after the indictment was issued.
As a result of the massive explosion and fire, 58 people lost their lives and 628 people were injured and a lot of damage was caused to port facilities, buildings, vehicles, goods and property of various people and collections.
