🎦 Contradiction of Tehran and Alborez's decentralization decision with the constitution; A restriction that has the opposite effect.
Mahmoudi, Member of Parliament:
🔹 The approval of the organization and decentralization of the Tehran and Alborz districts is in contradiction to Article 31 of the Constitution regarding "fair use of housing".
Limiting the construction and creation of new cities in two dense districts, contrary to the goal of preventing immigration, increases the potential of attracting people to the capital and Alborz.
🔹 This approach makes it difficult for citizens to access housing and start a family, and it does not correspond to the statistical reality of the population of these areas.
