The Economic Council chaired by Mohammad Reza Araf approved the financing method for the construction of the Khawaran-Tabriz-Marand-Hashmatriya double-track electric railway.
With the implementation of this project, the ground will be given for strengthening Iran's transition position and expanding regional economic cooperation.
