Following the publication of insulting and offensive content by an Instagram blogger, a lawsuit was filed with the Tehran Prosecutor's Office, and the indictment was filed after an investigation.

According to the issued indictment, this person's accusations are a conscious act of supporting the Israeli regime in cyberspace, insulting and propagandizing against the regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran by defaming and supporting the humiliated Pahlavi family.

With the issuance of the indictment, the case of this blogger Hatak was sent to the court for discussion.
