Details of Trump's secret deal to steal Venezuelan oil.

As part of a secret agreement, America receives Venezuelan oil at a discount and purchased 35% of the shares of a private oil company.

According to ProPublica, this 18-page agreement allows the US government to buy 20% of the oil produced by North American Blue Energy Partners (NABEP) at a price of $30 per barrel.

This price is much lower than the recent market rates.
