🎦 An end to the uncertainty of unfinished buildings

For many years, owners of unfinished buildings cannot officially trade their property or receive a title deed. Now, with the approval of the regulations of note 6 to section 10 of the law, the requirement for official registration of real estate transactions, the absence of completion of work or the existence of a case in the section 100 committee, no longer delays the issuance of the document.
