Seizure of a defendant's property and assets in the event of actions against state security by the Yazd district prosecutor: Following the monitoring and investigation of the activity taking place in cyberspace and the publication of a series of content and stories against state security by one of the former political and social activists currently living abroad, a lawsuit was filed with the prosecutor's office and legal measures against him were put on the agenda. Based on the contents of the file and the documents obtained, according to the order of the judicial authority, the necessary measures were taken to identify and prevent the transfer of the property and assets belonging to this defendant. In this regard, a vehicle, registration plate, bank account balance and five fixed mobile phone lines belonging to him were confiscated or blocked according to a judicial order.
