🔹 The indictment of 2 of the defendants in serial armed militant robberies of houses in Tehran and several cities, known as the gangster gang, was issued and sent to the court for investigation outside working hours and referral to the special branch.

🔹 These people were among the defendants in the case of militant armed robberies from houses in Tehran and several cities, who by committing violent crimes, in addition to harassing and harming the victims, caused public terrorism.

🔹 The case of 4 of these people was investigated in 1404 and resulted in the issuing of a sentence of war and its execution.

The mentioned people were fugitives, and upon their identification and arrest and the conclusion of the judicial investigation, an indictment was filed against the defendants for charges of war by drawing weapons on the residents of the house as well as participating in the robbery of houses (in one of the cities in the south of the country) and sent to the special branches of the revolutionary court in Salmi and the revolutionary investigations of Salmi.
