Execution of the sentence of retribution for the murderer of the slain Jassim Hosseinian General and revolutionary prosecutor of the Hormozgan District: After going through the procedures and sentencing the murderer of the slain Jassim Hosseinian "Minab Highway Policeman" and confirming this sentence in the country's Supreme Court, the aforementioned sentence was carried out in the Minab city prison. After the murder of third lieutenant Jassim Hosseinian, a traffic policeman in Minab city, the perpetrator of this crime was sentenced in the criminal court of Hormozgan district located in Minab city. After the arrest of the aforementioned, along with the completion of the investigation and the procedure approved by the Criminal Procedure Law, his case was transferred to the Hormuzgan District Criminal Court based in the city of Minab with the issuance of an indictment and a summons to trial.
