The plan and budget organization of the state announced:

🔹 An SMS invitation for a self-declaration to increase the validity of Kalberg will be sent to 18 million and 300 thousand heads of households, equivalent to about 40 million people.

🔹Registration in the "Dolat Man" system is only possible by the head of the household.

Heads of households who cannot use the system can complete the self-declaration process by visiting government counter offices in person.
