Reuters: Trump's deal with Russia has no lasting effect on reducing gas prices
The Reuters news agency quoted analysts of the global energy markets and emphasized:
Trump's oil deal with Russia to supply 300,000 tons of Russian diesel to the market cannot lead to a "sustainable reduction in fuel prices" and only adds a limited flow of supply to a market facing severe diesel shortages.
The initial supply of 300,000 tons of diesel from Russia is estimated to be equivalent to 2.25 million barrels of diesel.
