Putin to Pazhkian: Give my congratulations to Ayatollah Khamenei
Today, Russian President Vladimir Putin met and talked with his Iranian counterpart Massoud Pezhkian in Turkmenistan.
At this meeting, Vladimir Putin stated that the volume of trade between Iran and Russia in 2025 will increase by 21% and this trend will continue to increase in 2026.
Referring to the conflicts surrounding Iran, Putin said: We know that Iran is making serious efforts to end the conflict.
The President of Russia also asked Pazhkian to convey his greetings to the Supreme Leader of the Salami Revolution, Ayatollah Mujtaba Khamenei, and said: I ask you to convey my best wishes and wishes of health and success to the Supreme Leader of Iran.
Referring to the "serious situation" in the region, Vladimir Putin added that Russia is ready to take any action to help Iran in order to resolve the conflicts in West Asia.
