🔹 Following the Asian Athletics Championships in Penang, Malaysia, in the women's discus throw, Elaha Gul Mohammadi won the gold medal with a maximum record of 35 meters and 21 centimeters.

🔹 Tarek Aviat won the gold medal in two 400 meter hurdles in 56 seconds and 47 hundredths of a second, moving the limit of Asia.

In the men's 200 meter race, Mehdi Vahdian, our country's runner, won the silver medal in 22 seconds and 16 hundredths of a second.
