Judiciary spokesman: Hamid Rasai had 60 complaints in history

🔹 The case is related to false advertising through the publication of this person and the other issue was the publication of the audio related to him in one of the foreign envoys.

The court ruled acquittal regarding the audio file, but in relation to the article published in the newspaper, in addition to restoring his honor by rejecting the claim in that publication, he sentenced Rasai to 10 months in prison.

There are more than 60 cases of complaints in this matter, and 25 cases of conviction and summons to trial are also in his records.

There were at least 2 convictions, which included probation and a fine.

According to these cases, seven out of nine members of the jury announced that it is necessary to face and that Hamid Rasai does not deserve a discount.
