🔺 Preliminary judgment of the Court of Justice to cancel the elections of the Taekwondo Federation

According to the ruling of Branch 45 of the Court of Administrative Justice, the elections for the Taekwondo Federation, which took place on May 21 of this year and led to the presidency of Hadi Sai, were annulled.

The elections were canceled after two of the election contestants complained to the Ministry of Sports and Youth due to a flaw in the procedure and Sai's presence in the elections, and the 45th branch also voted in favor of its cancellation.

This sentence is not final and there are 20 days to appeal.
