Dear Mr. Hamid Bord

Based on Article 135 of the Constitution and considering your highness' level of commitment, competence and executive records, while accepting the resignation of Mr. Mohsen Pakanjad, you are appointed Acting Minister of Petroleum.

It is expected that by relying on Almighty God within the framework of the constitution, the goals of the vision document, the general policy approved by the Supreme Leader (Jerusalem Al-Sharif Al-Sharif) and the Seventh Development Plan, you will diligently try to fulfill the government's goals and solve the country's problems by complying with the government's official convention of international ethics.
