The end of the 45-day deadline for determining the tasks of the intelligence and defense ministries

Godrezi, spokesman for the presidency of the parliament:

According to Article 135 of the Constitution of the Republic of Iran, the President can appoint an inspector for ministries that do not have a minister for a maximum period of three months.

Since August 19, the government, with the approval of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, had 45 days to determine the designation of the issue, and that deadline has now expired.
