More than 20 million people from Virginia to New Jersey received coastal flood warnings.

As of Saturday afternoon, about 84,600 homes and businesses were reportedly without power in five northeastern states.

Also, more than 400 flights were canceled across the United States.

America's National Oceanic and Atmospheric Organization announced that the water level on the New Jersey coast and New York Harbor rose about one meter above the normal level.
